What ARE limiting beliefs?
A limiting belief is simply a thought you’ve thought so many times it feels true. These beliefs may be supported by our experiences, our culture, and the information we subconsciously focus on.
But in assuming the belief is true, we limit our capability to think and live creatively. We put ourselves in a problem-solving box. And often, we get frustrated in our box.
We can see that other people have what we want or live differently than we do, but we believe that for one reason or another, it’s not possible for us.
And so we live as though the other realities we see aren’t realities at all, but fairy tales.
When we bust out of our limits, we realize that we had endless possibilities in front of us all of the time, we just couldn’t see them. And now that we are free to see them, we can create them!
